High-precision heavy-duty rotor with large moment of inertia achieves higher crushing efficiency.
PF impact crusher is an energy-saving crushing equipment, which can process all kinds of coarse, medium and fine materials with a side length of 100~600 mm or less and a compressive strength of not more than 350 MPa.
PF impact crusher is an impact crusher developed by our company in the process of absorbing advanced technology and combining with the industrial and mining of domestic sand and gravel industry. Special structural design, advanced manufacturing technology, widely used in railway, highway, energy, building materials, chemical and other industries in the crushing of bottom abrasive materials below medium hardness.

It can crush more than 100 kinds of rocks. The common discharge size is...
Features
The product is in good shape and easy to operate
The shape of the product is a cube, and the size of the discharge can be adjusted, which simplifies the operation process.
Applicable materials with a wide range of hardness and low energy consumption
The plate hammer of the impact crusher is firmly fixed on the rotor by a mechanical clamping structure. When it rotates with the rotor, it has a large moment of inertia, which is suitable for crushing harder materials and has low energy consumption.
Special structure, wear-resistant
Keyless connection, strong rigidity, large rotor inertia, high chromium plate hammer, impact resistance and wear resistance.
Superior performance and reliable operation
The impact crusher has a light and reasonable structure design, mature crushing technology, and has a reliable and stable quality assurance.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. When the machine is working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. When the material enters the action area of the plate hammer, it will collide with the plate hammer on the rotor and be broken, and then be thrown to the counterattack device to be broken again, and then it will be broken again from the counterattack lining plate. It bounces back to the action area of the plate hammer to be broken again. This process is repeated. The material enters the first, second and third counterattack chambers from large to small for repeated crushing until the material is broken to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor can achieve the purpose of changing the material discharge particle size and material shape.
