Compared with traditional straight air ducts, the inlet of this air duct is smooth with little resistance and the outlet is easy for the dispersing of materials which can avoid material piling, effectively reducing energy consumption of the system.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The whole structure of Raymond mill is composed of main engine, analyzer, piping device, blower, finished product cyclone separator, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, electric control motor, etc. Among them, the main engine of Raymond mill is composed of a frame, an air inlet volute, a blade, a grinding roller, a grinding ring, a cover and a motor. When working, the material to be pulverized is fed into the machine from the feeding hopper on the side of the machine casing, and revolves around the vertical axis by means of the grinding roller device suspended on the plum blossom frame of the main machine, and at the same time rotates itself. The grinding roller swings outward and presses tightly on the grinding ring, so that the shovel scoops up the material and sends it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring.
